As in previous years, we will donate to a charity instead of sending out Christmas cards. This year, we are very proud to support the charity Making The Leap, as their mission aligns with both our sustainability and ED&I ethos.

Making The Leap is a social mobility charity that aims to make a big difference. They work with less advantaged young people to develop the skills, behaviours and attitudes that will allow them to fulfil their potential and get into meaningful employment. 

They provide skills training, school and mentoring programmes, and partner with businesses who want to drive forward social mobility via learning programmes, internships, job opportunities, and more.
