During the pandemic, B2E Principal Simon Rickman has used the framework of ‘The 7 Habits’ by Stephen Covey to discuss a range of topics relevant for today’s working environment. In this series he focuses on how to:

  • Emphasise the importance of starting the DI&B conversation and sponsoring it as part of an organisation’s DNA
  • Move the dialogue away from policy, structures, rules, and regulations and towards celebrating and valuing ‘difference’, as we are all individuals and bring unique things to the table
  • Create an environment for employees to feel comfortable to share their views and be curious
