The winter is always a bleak period, but never more so now with the challenge of covid 19.

For many businesses the natural inclination and necessity will be to cut costs and hunker down, but a few will recognise the need to re-align to the new reality and be in pole position to take advantage of future growth. This needn’t require substantial investment but does require curiosity and a customer focus.

There are often ideas that are just so basic that we completely overlook them, until someone else spots them and has the courage to implement, leaving the others to say “I wish I had thought of that!”

This session seeks to inspire all to seek and find the opportunities for growth by proposing an approach and lessons learned by Jonathan Spence over his thirty five year career and to help participants imagine what can be done by providing examples.
