| FreeLEADERSHIP BEHAVIOURS TO DELIVER SUCCESSFULLY IN THE “NEW NORM”
Overview
With the Covid Pandemic the working world has changed dramatically – working from home has become the norm – but work still needs to be delivered and leadership behaviours adapted to ensure success.
Frank Rodgers , who has been working for a UK Government account since March this year, will share his experience with delivery of critical IT programmes and thoughts on those leadership behaviours that will be key in the post-Covid World where hybrid working will be the norm.
This event will:
- Take you through real examples of how critical IT work at a UK Government organisation was delivered successfully during the Pandemic (tools, planning/execution and key behaviours needed)
- Provide recommendations and discussion on the Key Leadership Behaviours to ensure successful delivery in the “new norm”
- Enable participants to take away some leadership skill ideas to help on their future work deliveries in the post Covid World
