This webinar will share insights on leadership behaviours to adapt to the “new norm” of working from home.

LEADERSHIP BEHAVIOURS TO DELIVER SUCCESSFULLY IN THE “NEW NORM”

Overview

With the Covid Pandemic the working world has changed dramatically – working from home has become the norm – but work still needs to be delivered and leadership behaviours adapted to ensure success.

Frank Rodgers , who has been working for a UK Government account since March this year, will share his experience with delivery of critical IT programmes and thoughts on those leadership behaviours that will be key in the post-Covid World where hybrid working will be the norm.

This event will:

  • Take you through real examples of how critical IT work at a UK Government organisation was delivered successfully during the Pandemic (tools, planning/execution and key behaviours needed)
  • Provide recommendations and discussion on the Key Leadership Behaviours to ensure successful delivery in the “new norm”
  • Enable participants to take away some leadership skill ideas to help on their future work deliveries in the post Covid World
