Andy has 30+ years experience in Technology and Services organisations, primarily in Financial Services, and has an in-depth knowledge of life & pensions, HR & payroll services, administration and business process outsourcing (BPO).

Andy has led high profile solution deals throughout his career, including a £40M+ first time outsource of a critical system in the UK Financial Services infrastructure for a European Banking group.

In addition Andy has worked and managed global teams in the UK, across Europe and India for organisations such as TCS, Capita, Western Union, Aon, and Capgemini.

Interests:  Andy enjoys mountain biking to keep fit, socialising with family and friends and is an avid Fulham FC supporter.
