We recently decided to rebuild our website b2econsulting.com with the main goal is to reflect more transparency and have a better visibility on work and capabilities. We included the sectors we have served, our services, our capabilities and some of our delivered work.
Two changes matter most.
First, the language is clear and direct. The site sets out plainly what we do, for whom, and how, so a reader can prove much quicker whether B2E is relevant to the problem in front of them.
Second, and more substantively, we are sharing our record. The site now hosts a dedicated case studies library, more than 40 engagements spanning financial services, insurance, pharmaceuticals, technology, telecoms and transport, across delivery disciplines from large-scale transformation to targeted expert placement. These aren't abstractions either: they're the specific problems we were brought in to solve and how.
Alongside that, we've published something new: real numbers behind our community, broken down by area of expertise. Not "an extensive network of consultants"; an actual figure, sector by sector, so you can see the depth of capability behind any conversation before you ever have it.
We've also put our commitments on the record. The site now carries dedicated Equality, Diversity & Inclusion and Sustainability pages, setting out what we expect of ourselves as a business and as a partner to our clients; not as a statement of intent, but as something you can read, hold us to and revisit.
Taken together, the redesign reflects a simple shift in how we think clients should choose a delivery partner: less on reputation, more on visible, checkable proof. We'd rather you judge us on the work than on the copy.
The new site is live now. If you're weighing up a transformation programme or simply want to see whether we've solved a problem like yours before, we believe a quick visit will be helpful.
Visit b2econsulting.com and start with the case studies closest to your sector, and see what's changed.
