As a Delivery Partner at B2E Consulting, Alexandra works with clients to deliver transformation programmes, bringing a level of hands-on change and technology expertise built up over more than 25 years in the corporate world. She previously served as Director of HR, Projects and Organisational Effectiveness at Ballantyne Brokers, a Lloyd's of London broker, where she has built the HR, payroll and reporting functions from the ground up.
Alexandra's career runs through some of the biggest names in financial services and consulting. She spent a decade at Accenture as a Senior Manager, specialising in change management, process improvement and solution architecture across Financial Services and Utilities. She then moved to Deutsche Bank as Head of HR Technology, leading the rollout of a global HR self-service portal, before joining Credit Suisse as Director of Organisation Effectiveness, where she was Solution Architect for a major HR transformation and recruitment software implementation.
Alexandra is best known for her ability to translate complex organisational change into practical technology and process solutions, particularly in HR. Whether it's designing a new operating model, selecting the right HR system, or managing the people side of a major transformation, she brings a rare combination of strategic thinking and hands-on delivery experience.
