About Dale
Dale is the Managing Partner at B2E Consulting, where he leads strategic growth, client partnerships and delivery across complex transformation programmes. He has overall responsibility for B2E's services, its people, and the continued growth of the business. Having been part of B2E for the last 10 years, Dale has played a central role in shaping how the company works with clients, combining practical delivery experience, strong consulting discipline and a genuine focus on building long-term relationships.
Before joining B2E, Dale built his consulting career at Accenture and Northgate IS. At Northgate, he worked with local authority clients on transformation, service improvement and outsourced ICT delivery, including operating model design, service transition, process re-engineering and continuous improvement across complex public sector environments. He then joined Accenture, working in IT Service Management and Technology Consulting, with experience spanning IT strategy, SIAM operating models, service management transformation, disaster recovery and CIO advisory work. During his time there, Dale was recognised as "Consultant of the Year" in Infrastructure Services.
Dale is particularly focused on how AI and emerging technologies can help organisations become smarter and more adaptive, spending time researching AI and developing new offerings that help clients identify where it can create real, practical value.
Dale is also B2E Consulting's EDI sponsor, championing equity, diversity and inclusion across the business. For B2E, EDI is central to building a genuinely inclusive environment where people feel valued, respected and able to do their best work and where diverse perspectives strengthen decision-making and help the business better reflect and serve its clients.
Outside work, Dale is married with two young daughters and a cocker spaniel called Gus. The family recently moved to the Chilterns, where they're working on a project house. When he's not with the children or walking the dog, Dale enjoys golf, squash, cinema, gardening, working on cars and DIY, and they love to travel whenever they get the chance.
