About David
David is one of B2E Consulting's longest-standing Partners, having joined right at the company's founding in 2004. Over more than two decades with the firm, he has played a central role in building B2E's community of consultants and shaping the way the business connects clients with the right talent.
Before B2E, David spent a decade as a consultant with Business Link London West, advising businesses on growth and performance. Earlier still, he began his career in the City as an Investment Analyst at Robert Fleming, covering pension fund investments across sectors and working between London and Hong Kong. It's a background that gives him a genuinely broad view of business, from the investment side through to hands-on consulting and now consultant recruitment.
David is particularly known for his focus on business transformation and performance management, and for his instinct for matching the right consultant to the right challenge. He holds an MA in English Literature from the University of Oxford, and remains a strong advocate for B2E's founding idea: that clients get better results, faster, when they can tap into a genuinely deep pool of experienced, top-tier talent.
