Hagar is a People Partner at B2E Consulting, where she works with clients to design and deliver people strategies that support business transformation and organisational growth. She partners with leaders to develop practical, people-focused solutions across learning, talent, wellbeing and employee experience, helping organisations create environments where individuals and teams can thrive.
With more than 15 years of experience in HR, Hagar has held a variety of people-focused roles within global organisations spanning the retail, financial services and technology sectors. Throughout her career, she has led initiatives across the employee lifecycle, including talent management, learning and development, organisational culture, wellbeing and people operations. Her experience combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, enabling her to translate business priorities into practical HR solutions.
Hagar is particularly passionate about creating positive workplace cultures and supporting organisations through change. She enjoys working at the intersection of people and business strategy, helping leaders build engaged, high-performing teams while ensuring people processes remain effective, inclusive and aligned with organisational goals.
Outside of work, Hagar enjoys travelling, experimenting with new baking recipes and creating dishes inspired by the places she visits.
