Ines is a Partner at B2E Consulting, where she is a partner within the Capability Management practice. She works with clients to shape and deliver complex transformation programmes, helping organisations build the capabilities they need to successfully implement and sustain change. Her focus is on delivering practical, people-centred solutions that create lasting business value.
With more than 20 years of experience in consulting and industry, Ines has led large-scale business and digital transformation programmes across telecommunications, media, oil & gas and pharmaceutical sectors throughout Europe and Asia Pacific. Before joining B2E Consulting, she held senior roles at Capgemini, KPMG and Accenture, as well as positions with Virgin Media, Openreach, BT and Data Morphosis. Her experience spans programme management, business change, organisational design, operational readiness, service readiness and large-scale deployment.
Ines is particularly passionate about helping organisations navigate complex change while ensuring their people are equipped to succeed. She is known for combining strategic thinking with a pragmatic, collaborative approach, building trusted relationships with clients and leading teams to deliver sustainable transformation outcomes.
