About James
James is a senior consultant at B2E Consulting, where he advises organisations on people transformation, organisation design and HR technology. Working closely with senior leaders, he helps businesses align their people strategies with organisational goals, delivering practical solutions that improve performance, capability and employee experience.
Over the course of his career, James has worked with organisations across a wide range of industries, supporting complex transformation programmes in the UK and internationally. He was previously a Partner at Watson Wyatt, where he led the European e-HR Practice, and has also held senior consulting roles with KPMG and Price Waterhouse. His experience spans organisation design, HR and reward technology, change management, business transformation and executive facilitation.
James has a particular passion for helping organisations modernise their HR functions and navigate complex change. Known for combining strategic insight with a collaborative, pragmatic approach, he works with clients to design solutions that are both commercially effective and sustainable over the long term.
