About Jo
Jo Young is Operations Partner at B2E Consulting, where she leads the firm's operational capability, ensuring the systems, processes and governance that underpin the business are efficient, scalable and continuously improving. Working across technology, operations and business transformation, she plays a key role in enabling B2E's lean, agile operating model and supporting the delivery of high-quality consulting services. She is also a member of B2E's Management Team and Trustee Board, contributing to the governance and long-term development of the employee-owned business.
Before joining B2E in 2005, Jo spent 12 years with Accenture, where she specialised in change management, systems implementation, project management and stakeholder engagement, primarily within the utilities sector. Over the course of her career, she has worked across large-scale transformation programmes, helping organisations introduce new technology, improve business processes and successfully manage organisational change.
Jo is particularly passionate about designing practical, scalable operational processes that enable people to do their best work. She combines a strong background in business transformation with a continuous improvement mindset, helping organisations balance governance with agility. She is known for turning complex operational challenges into straightforward, sustainable ways of working and for creating systems that support both business growth and an exceptional employee and consultant experience.
