About Julie
Julie Crawford is Growth Partner at B2E Consulting, where she works with organisations to shape and deliver transformation programmes by connecting them with experienced consulting talent. She builds relationships with clients, understands their business challenges and helps assemble the right expertise to deliver practical, high-quality outcomes. She is passionate about making consulting more accessible, flexible and outcome-focused.
Julie has more than 25 years' experience across consulting, business development and operational leadership. She began her career at Accenture, spending seven years as a management consultant before moving into senior leadership positions at Carlson Wagonlit Travel, where she led Hotel Solutions across EMEA and later the UK Meetings & Events business. She has also held consulting leadership roles at AREKA Consulting and previously spent several years at B2E Consulting leading consultant capability and community development before returning as Growth Partner.
Throughout her career, Julie has worked with organisations undergoing change, helping them navigate transformation while balancing commercial priorities with people, delivery and long-term success. She is particularly known for building trusted client relationships, connecting organisations with the right expertise and creating collaborative partnerships that deliver lasting value.
Julie holds a First-Class Honours degree in Marketing and Tourism from the University of Strathclyde and is a Chartered Institute of Marketing award holder. Outside work, she enjoys travelling, spending time with family and friends, and making the most of opportunities to explore new places and cultures.
