About Kathryn
As a Delivery Partner at B2E Consulting, Kathryn is closely involved with the firm's community of consultants, helping ensure B2E has the right capability and expertise available to meet client needs across every engagement.
Kathryn's career has been built around programme management and governance, largely within cyber security transformation. At Aberdeen Standard Investments, she supported a large-scale cyber security programme spanning network security, privileged access management, data loss prevention, data retention, GDPR and encryption, taking on reporting, budget tracking and resource management responsibilities. She later provided PMO support on a cyber security programme for an asset management client at The 324 Consultancy, focused on identity and privileged access management. Earlier in her career, Kathryn spent several years at Accenture in HR, including managing a team of 21 recruiters hiring experienced consulting talent.
Kathryn is known for bringing rigour and structure to complex programmes, a skill set that translates well into her current focus at B2E. Her background spanning both PMO governance and HR/recruitment gives her a genuinely well-rounded view of how to build and manage high-performing teams.
