About Nisha
Nisha is a Capability Manager at B2E Consulting, where she works closely with clients and consultants to support the successful delivery of business transformation programmes. She helps shape project delivery capability by aligning clients with experienced consultants, strengthening B2E's project management community, and contributing to internal initiatives that improve operational effectiveness, consultant engagement and service delivery.
Before joining B2E, Nisha spent 12 years at Accenture, progressing to Senior Manager and leading large-scale business and technology transformation programmes for organisations including Lloyds Banking Group, HSBC and Barclays. Her experience spans programme and project management, PMO establishment, governance, business case development, data migration, testing, and business change. She has successfully delivered complex initiatives from initial strategy and planning through to implementation, working across both business and technology teams in highly regulated environments.
Nisha is particularly passionate about bringing structure and clarity to complex change programmes. She is known for building strong relationships with stakeholders, establishing effective governance, and creating collaborative environments that enable teams to deliver successful outcomes. Drawing on experience across project delivery, operational improvement and capability development, she takes a pragmatic, people-focused approach to helping organisations navigate change.
