About Paul
Paul is responsible for leading the introduction of B2E Consulting with new clients, identifying and developing client relationships, establishing partnerships and helping organisations access specialist consulting and transformation expertise.
He works closely with large client organisations across the Financial Services, Telecoms, Pharma, Transport, Technology, FMCG and Industrial sectors, supporting complex business and technology transformation programmes.
Paul has spent more than three decades in senior commercial leadership roles within global Technology and Services organisations. His career includes executive and board-level positions in Hitachi, Spring Group (Adecco), Canon, and Konica Minolta, where has been COO and led the UK merger planning, restructuring and systems migration of Konica Corporation and Minolta Inc.
Throughout his career he has specialised in high-value professional services, outsourcing, managed services, software and consulting solutions, consistently helping organisations to enter new markets, grow strategic accounts and build high-performing commercial teams.
He particularly values long-term client relationships, identifying complex transformation opportunities and creating commercial strategies that deliver mutual sustainable growth.
Outside of work, Paul enjoys travel, golf, table tennis and music.
