About Sonal
As Partner - Contracts and Commercials at B2E Consulting, Sonal oversees the commercial and contractual side of the business, working across client and consultant agreements to keep everything running smoothly and compliantly.
Sonal joined the firm back in 2015 as an Administrative Assistant, before moving into the role of Contract Manager` where she built up deep, hands-on experience in contract structuring and management. She spent a short spell outside B2E as Business Operations Manager at Data Science Talent, before returning to B2E in 2019 to take up her current partner role.
Sonal is known for her practical, detail-focused approach to contracts and commercial relationships, and for the strong internal networks she has built across the business over the years. She holds a BA in Philosophy from the University of Hertfordshire, an academic grounding that shows in her clear, structured way of thinking through commercial problems.
