About Tony
Tony is a Founding Partner at B2E Consulting, where he helps shape the firm's strategic direction while working closely with clients to deliver large-scale transformation programmes. He is passionate about building long-term client relationships and ensuring organisations have access to the right expertise to successfully navigate change. Since co-founding B2E in 2004, he has played a key role in growing the business into an employee-owned consulting firm with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality, flexible consulting services.
Before launching B2E, Tony spent more than 15 years with Accenture, leading complex change programmes for global blue-chip organisations. Across more than three decades in consulting, he has worked with senior leaders across multiple industries, helping organisations deliver business transformation, operational improvement and strategic change. His experience spans the full programme lifecycle, from shaping strategy through to implementation and delivery.
Tony is known for his pragmatic, commercial approach and his ability to simplify complex challenges. He is particularly passionate about helping organisations deliver lasting change through experienced leadership, collaborative partnerships and practical solutions that create measurable business value. As a strong advocate of employee ownership, he believes that empowering people and building the right culture are fundamental to long-term success.
Outside of work, Tony enjoys spending time with family and friends, keeping active through sport and making the most of any opportunity to relax and enjoy life.
