Understanding Supplier Diversity
Supplier diversity is a strategic business initiative that seeks to proactively source goods and services from a broad range of suppliers, with an emphasis on businesses that are 51% or more owned and operated by individuals from traditionally underrepresented groups. This includes, but is not limited to:

Veterans
LGBTQ+
People with disabilities
Neurodivergent (the neurodivergent community includes people who live with autism, dyslexia, dyspraxia, autism, ADHD, and other neurological conditions)
Create Economic Opportunities: We actively work alongside our clients in their drive for supplier diversity and support individuals and communities that may have historically faced barriers to entry.
