Do you have experience of providing project management expertise, on an end-to-end EPI and Credit Control process review project?

This consulting opportunity is to support our client, a leading London Market Insurer organisation, in reviewing end-to-end Estimated Premium Income (EPI) and Credit Control processes, identify tactical improvements and define the future-state operating model required to support future strategic transformation initiatives.


The project needs a consultant who can:

  • 5+ years’ project management experience within Insurance and the London Market
  • understanding of the end-to-end insurance lifecycle, specifically premium capture
  • understanding of EPI/Credit Control and associated processes
  • strong communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills.
     

Key services:
The key services that you will be asked to provide are:

  • Map the end-to-end EPI and Credit Control process landscape.
  • Establish a single view of current processes, data flows, controls and ownership.
  • Identify pain points, workarounds, reconciliations and control weaknesses.
  • Assess the interaction between:
    • Underwriting
    • Operations
    • Credit Control
    • Finance
    • Actuarial
    • Data & Analytics
    • Charisma
    • PAS / Data Warehouse / Snowflake
  • Define tactical improvements that can be delivered during 2027.
  • Design a future-state operating model supporting:
    • Consistent EPI governance
    • Improved Credit Control effectiveness
    • Reduced manual intervention
    • Improved reconciliation capability
    • Future Core Platform and Finance Transformation requirements
  • Produce a roadmap and business case for future implementation activity.
     

Mandatory Requirements:
Successful consultants will be able to demonstrate:

  • 5+ years’ project management experience within Insurance and the London Market
  • understanding of the end-to-end London Market insurance lifecycle, specifically premium capture
  • understanding of EPI/Credit Control and associated processes
  • ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and take ownership
  • strong written, communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • ability to work effectively across different organisational levels and business functions.


Working Pattern: Hybrid – 2 days per week onsite in London office
Contract Type: Inside IR35
Start: 21st September
