Do you have experience of providing implementation planning, and data migration readiness, on a data migration project?
This consulting opportunity is to support our client, a leading financial services company, in planning for a data migration. This role will report into the Implementation Manager with a specific focus on migration readiness and the alignment of business and technical migration activities.
The project needs a hands-on consultant who has:
- implementation planning experience
- experience producing run-books and schedules of events
- strong stakeholder management skills across business and technical teams
- release management experience
Key services:
The key services that you will be asked to provide are:
- document the integrated Schedule of Events for the migration
- establish the Command and Control structure
- prepare Migration Implementation Deliverables – Readiness Criteria, Success Criteria, Event Communications, Event Rotas
- support Release Management Governance – Clash Management and Change Records
Mandatory Requirements:
Successful consultants will be able to demonstrate:
- previous experience producing run-books or schedules of events
- stakeholder management experience across business and technical teams
- experience documenting and aligning migration activities
- release management experience
Working Pattern: Remote (UK based)
Contract Type: Inside IR35
