The Challenge
The engagement needed to develop new and revised P6 plans to support re-planning of the Accepted Programme, ensuring plans were deliverable, identified dependencies across products and stakeholders, and complied with the Franchise Agreement. It required maintaining schedule updates to reflect progress, producing periodic schedule and resource forecasts, and supporting coordination across multiple programme components including design review and HS2 collaboration products. The role also needed to manage dependencies on stakeholders and approvals, operate within constraints such as Covid-19 impacts, and support virtual collaboration with project teams.

The team produced new, revised, and reworked APSR P6 plans to support programme re-planning, ensuring deliverability and alignment with dependencies and stakeholder requirements. B2E updated schedules to reflect progress and produced periodic schedule and resource forecasts, supporting planning across multiple programme components, including design review products, HS2 collaboration activities, and other identified workstreams.
