B2E’s starting point is to meet with our Clients and conduct a preliminary assessment of needs/requirements. After an internal evaluation to determine the value that B2E can offer the client in meeting their objectives, a clear proposal is drafted in consultation with the client. When B2E gets invited to respond to specific requests, the same process is used to formulate the appropriate response.
B2E uses an array of internal decision support tools and employs the B2E Consulting Teams’ extensive business experience, subject matter expertise, architecture prowess, and technical consulting skills to gauge how best to offer support to our clients. An engagement approach is then determined and aligned with the client’s brief, whether it be based on full-service consulting, managed capability, or interim consulting models.
