Finance Transformation & Shared Services Programme
Our client, a FTSE 100 company with revenues of >£20bn, was undertaking a finance and shared service transformation programme.
Initially, B2E Consulting supported our client on the QA and Benefits Case review of the c.20 projects which made up the programme and documented and presented to the board for approval. Then, B2E Consulting supported the programme delivery, providing active project management / PMO support and ensuring that PRINCE 2 project management disciplines were instilled into the shared service workstreams.
Finance Transformation – Oracle Cloud & IFRS17
Our client, a FTSE 100 Insurance provider, has undertaken a 3-year Finance Transformation to streamline their finance processes, upgrade systems and ensure compliance with legislation.
The programme was ultimately led by a Big 4 Service Integrator and B2E Consulting provided our consulting services to oversee and coordinate the workstreams and activities to ensure the changes are recognised, assessed and planned in order to optimise smooth, efficient and effective transition and integration into day-to-day operations. B2E Consulting played a pivotal role and added significant value across the Programme Delivery, Business Analysis, PMO and Technology advisory areas of the programme.
Finance Transformation – Post-Acquisition Separation
Following the successful acquisition of one of the world’s busiest airports, our client, a leading infrastructure investment corporation with over $40 billion in assets under management across the globe, required experts to support the separation of the airport from its parent company.
B2E Consulting performed a crucial role in the Finance and Procurement Transformation and Transition. This included identifying the critical finance and procurement processes; developing the RFP for the target state finance and procurement Systems (leading to the selection of SAP as an ERP); and Human Resources and Payroll transformation.
