Before co-founding B2E, he spent more than 15 years at Accenture leading complex programmes for global blue-chip organisations, bringing a pragmatic and results-focused approach to consulting.

James is a senior management consultant with more than 20 years of international experience helping organisations transform their people, HR and reward functions. Having held leadership roles at Watson Wyatt, KPMG and Price Waterhouse, he brings deep expertise in organisation design, HR technology and change management.

Dale is Managing Partner at B2E Consulting, responsible for delivery, people and growth. He built his consulting career at Accenture and Northgate IS, and is also B2E's EDI sponsor with a focus on AI-driven transformation.

Operations Manager

Selina is a Partner at B2E Consulting, responsible for the financial management of the company, maintaining the accounts, submitting information to HMRC and reporting to the Board on the overall financial performance of the company.

She specialises in talent development, learning, employee wellbeing and people operations, partnering with businesses to create high-performing, engaged teams.

Paul is a senior commercial leader with more than 35 years' experience helping Technology and Services organisations to deliver growth through commercial strategy, partnerships and transformation. He has held board-level and executive leadership roles for US, Japanese and UK companies, with a proven track record of opening new markets, building strategic client relationships and delivering long-term commercial success.

With a career spanning management consulting, business development and leadership, including seven years at Accenture and senior roles at Carlson Wagonlit Travel, she brings a commercial, pragmatic approach to solving complex business challenges.
